By using FlightReady you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

FlightReady provides flight planning tools, quantitative risk analysis, AI safety briefings, logbook features, and related aviation intelligence services.

Flight data and AI briefings are for planning and education. FlightReady is supplemental decision support — not a substitute for FAA-approved weather briefings or official regulatory sources.

By using FlightReady you agree to use the service for lawful aviation purposes only.

Always verify information with official sources — including FAA weather briefings, NOTAMs, and applicable regulations — before making operational decisions.

Fly within your privileges, currency, and personal minimums. You remain solely responsible for the safety of your flight operations.

FlightReady risk scores and AI briefings do not constitute a go/no-go decision. The pilot in command makes all final operational decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

You may not use FlightReady to violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of flight data you enter into FlightReady.

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

You may delete your account at any time. Data removal completes within 30 days of deletion.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel from account settings at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law.

FlightReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of risk assessments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightReady and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on risk scores, briefings, or data presented within the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
